Public procurement and sector

One of the specializations of our law firm is the area of ​​public investment and cooperation with the public sector. The cornerstone of our services in this area is in particular the provision of advice on public procurement law, both on the part of the contracting authority and on the supplier side. Our law office acts as an administrator and provides for complex administration for the contracting authority, from the preparation of the public procurement conditions to the possible representation at the Office for the Protection of Competition. We provide these activities not only for cities and municipalities, but also for entities that are obliged to undertake a procurement procedure, as they are receiving subsidies from European and other funds.

For the Czech Republic, we have been selected as the main consultants for CzechTender in the European project EuroTender.

We also provide training in the field of public procurement law, both for the contracting entities, where we try to focus on the appropriateness of procedures, managing the tender administration and avoiding unnecessary mistakes, as well as for the potential suppliers, where we also try to draw attention to the difficulties of the tender procedure, its process and particulars.
