In Civil Law, we mainly deal with the contentious agenda, i. e. the full application of the rights of our clients both in the court and enforcement proceedings, as well as the standard life situations of our clients, such as preparation and review of various contracts, representation in proceedings before courts or notaries, in the family legal areas such as childcare, divorce, or settlement of joint property of spouses.
