Our office provides clients with services related to the management and organization of their companies. For clients, we set up companies, we administer their business matters (organization of general meetings, preparation of corporate decisions, representation in proceedings before the court of registry, etc.), prepare compliance programs, draft and review business contracts, labour law documents and help to provide structured financing. Additionally, representation of the client in the proceedings before the courts and other state authorities is also a matter of course.

As part of these services, we present to the client such legal solutions that are not separated from the other parts and aspects of their business. In providing such comprehensive services we are assisted by our collaborating specialists such as tax advisers, experts or auditors.

At the same time, we also operate in public sector, so we also provide clients with advice on public investment and entry into tender competitions in this field.
